At the process control points our employees monitor all important system parameters on computer screens and modify them as and when required. Our adherence with international fuel-grade biodiesel standards as well as individual quality requirements ensures an efficient transesterification and a closed cycle of material with the effective removal of glycerin, catalyst, and methanol in the refinement. In addition, our production process does not generate toxic or hazardous byproducts and has a minimal environmental impact due to low sulfur contents and the absence of air and waste water.

The international biodiesel standards define parameters, which pure biodiesel (B100) must meet before being used as a commercial fuel or being blended with petroleum diesel. Therefore we thoroughly analyze all finished biodiesel using sophisticated analytical equipment.

As a result of our quality management controls we can offer you biodiesel of constantly premium quality. This can be checked at any time by retaining samples of every batch produced and of every consignment.
