PREMIUM-QUALITY   BIODIESEL
Our primary product is biodiesel, which we produce through transesterification using palm oil as raw material. As a result of our quality management controls our biodiesel constantly meets the international quality standards EN 14214 and ASTM D 6751-03 and is certified by PTT as well as the Chulalongkorn University.
When blended with conventional diesel oil, the result is an excellent substitute for petroleum diesel for vehicles with an array of environmental advantages as well as better usage features. Thus our biodiesel can be used in all “compression-ignition” engines that operate on diesel fuel, such as cars, trucks, tractors, boats, shipping equipment, irrigation systems, mining equipment, and electrical generators. Vehicle engines do not need to be adjusted. Only when used in its pure form (B100), engine modifications may be required to avoid maintenance and performance problems. In order to prevent our customers from any complications while switching to biodiesel, we offer several consumer recommendations.
Apart from fuelling diesel engines, biodiesel finds way into more and more other applications. Though minor conversions may be required, it can for example be used as a heating fuel in domestic and commercial boilers. Since biodiesel is a non-toxic solvent as well as a fuel, it can also be used as a feedstock in paint and finishing business applications as well as a biodegradable-degreasing agent.

BYPRODUCTS

Byproducts from our biodiesel production process are glycerin and fatty acids. Following treatment glycerin is sold to be used in soaps or with up to 99.7% purity for pharmaceutical products. The fatty acids are sold to the chemicals industry and for thermal utilization.
